      Issue Summary

      Program Allocation Report unable to filter by Team from top tier config bar

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Browse to Reports from left navigation
      3. In the top tier select a Program Team and a PI
      4. Open the report "What is my Program allocation?"

      Expected Results

      The report should filter out all the other teams not selected in the top tier

      Actual Results

      The report shows all the teams under the Program

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
