Issue Summary

Objectives - "Description" field shows HTML tags. The tags appear even when they are not synced with Jira. So far, the issue appears to be very random and doesn't seem to be related to Objective Tier, Status, child items, scoring etc

Impact - The issue has significant impact to users and have to read through the HTML code to find out the text. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Browse to Objectives 
3. Open the Objective

Expected Results

Description should show without any HTML tags

Actual Results

The Description field shows up with HTML tags e.g.

Workaround

Copy and paste the description from Audit log history again for the affected work items. Not feasible for large number of Objectives.
