      Issue Summary

      Some SSO users do not get recorded in Jira Align's "Login Activity" but get's authenticated successfully.

      Note: This does not affect all users and observed once in one customer.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to Jira Align via SSO
      2. Check "Login Activity"

      Expected Results

      User should be recorded in Jira Align "Login Activity"

      Actual Results

      No login activity recorded for the user.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
