Team Room : Progress Bar on Stories without Tasks

Issue Summary

In Team Room, some Stories do not get a progress indicated regardless of its State.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a test Portfolio
2. Set the following parameters under Portfolio Specific Configuration:
   • Portfolio Specific Configuration >> Progress Bar Status (Progress by Story Points)
     ^{Help Text: This setting controls how your progress bars will be displayed throughout Jira Align.}
   • Portfolio Specific Configuration >> Enable Progress to state mapping (Yes)
     ^{Help Text: With this setting turned on Progress Bars for stories without tasks will be filled based on Story state.}
3. Browse to the Stories grid
4. Create a new Story (fill in all mandatory fields)
5. Assign Program, owner, PI, team and sprint
6. (optional) Assign Value & Effort
7. Browse to Team Room page
8. Select the team and sprint, to show the corresponding Story
9. Expand the Story created in step #4
10. Notice the Progress Bar is displayed in grey ed out
11. Update Story's state from "0 - Pending Approval" to any other state
12. Notice the Progress Bar remains displaying in grey regardless of the state selected

    

Expected Results

• Progress bar displays progress based on Story state mapping (as per Help text).

Actual Results

• Progress bar remains grey
