Roadmap - Group by Parent Incorrect behavior

Issue Summary

 
In some scenarios in Roadmap(Features or Capabilities view)when setting the view configuration to group by a parent, the work item is grouped under the incorrect parent.

• Epic under theme
• Capability under incorrect Epic
• Feature under incorrect Capability

 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Program > Roadmaps
2. Select View Epic, Capabilities, or Features
3. Click on View Configuration
4. select Other Option> Turn On Toggle group by : Parent

Expected Results

All Features grouped under the correct Parent 
Capabilities grouped under the correct Epic
Epics grouped under the correct theme

Actual Results

Some Epics grouped under the wrong theme
Some Features are grouped under Incorrect Capability
Some Capabilities grouped under the Incorrect Epic

Workaround

The issue is not observed when using the out of box views:
Feature by Capability
Capability by Epic
Epic by Theme
