Issue Summary

Work code field shows disabled records

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure "Work Code" field is enabled for a Portfolio from "Details Panels Settings" for an EPIC or Feature
2. Go to Settings -> Time Tracking
3. Scroll to bottom of the screen "Manage Identification Codes and Work Codes" 
4. Create new work codes 
5. Disable some of the work codes
6. Browse to an existing Feature or EPIC
7. Under Finance tab, locate the "Work Code" field
8. Type a disabled work code 

Expected Results

Disabled work codes should not be shown on the screen

Actual Results

The disabled work codes are selectable in the field

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
