      Issue Summary

      Release Vehicle: Edit panel stops showing Contributing Programs/Teams, work items lists, etc when a large amount of items is tied to the RV

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Create a Release Vehicle.
      3. Link >10000 Features to the Release Vehicle.
      4. Open the Edit panel for this Release Vehicle.

      Expected Results

      The Edit panel looks normal, all controls are in place.

      Actual Results

      Contributing Programs/Teams fields, Work items lists, side menu links disappear.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
