Issue Summary

Roadmap: Sorting by the Global Rank column doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Roadmap. 
3. Enable Global Rank Column in the Epics view. 
4. Try to sort by the Global Rank Column. 

Expected Results

Sorting works. Items are ordered by the Global Rank

Actual Results

Nothing happens. Same for Capabilities and Features. 
 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
