Issue Summary

It appears that we have a feature gap related to searching tier-one filtering on the story map page. When users search for tags under the advance config option, the results shown don't correctly align with the options selected in tier one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Configure story maps
2. Step 2 - Next add a tag to one of the stories on the story map
3. Step 3 - Apply tier-one advance option to filter by tags

Expected Results

Tier one advance search should filter by tags if applied

Actual Results

Story Map view doesn't filter by tags

Workaround

No possible workaround at this time
