Issue Summary

The PI selection (together with the custom date range) shouldn't disappear from the context menu right after being set to re-appear there only after the page refresh. It should persist and give the opportunity to edit the selection or do the reset.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login -> Browse to Roadmap
2. Select a program from the context menu
3. Select PIs
4. Apply a custom date range or PIs range or other quick selects
5. Unable to hit "Apply". The page loads right after selecting End date
6. Click again in the context menu 
7. The custom dates set in step #4 are not persisted

Expected Results

The PI selection with custom dates should persist and give the opportunity to edit the selection or do the reset.

Actual Results

The PI selection is not retained 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
