[JIRAALIGN-2363] Jira Connector: User ID visible in Audit Log instead of ID + user name

Issue Summary

When looking in the Audit Log in Jira Align, if the work item was created or updated in Jira and the change was synched to Jira Align we are seeing the JA ID of the user who made the change, not their name. This is inconsistent with the behavior for another audit log triggers within Jira Align. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Update a Jira Issue in Jira
2. Step 2 - Then Validate the audit log

Expected Results

Show id + user name, i.e. "1247_Caz Gottlieb"

Actual Results

Users are only seeing the user ID

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
