Forecast: Strategy and Theme columns show Not Specified for Capabilities

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Forecast view>Capabilities.
3. Check the Strategy and Theme columns

Expected Results

Columns are populated with Theme and Strategy parent Epic is linked to.

Actual Results

Columns are populated with a Not Specified label.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
