[JIRAALIGN-2352] PI Filter inside Objective grid does not work

Issue Summary

The filter inside the Objective grid, used by hitting   does not work for PI filtering.

If this filter is used, it is expected that objective that are linked to a PI should display, however no item is returned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an objective linked to a PI
2. Go to Objective grid
3. Use   and select PI > select the PI where the objective is linked to
4. Observe that the objective does not display

Note that if instead of the grid filter, the top tier filter is used, the Objective linked to the PI will reflect as expected. Only the Apply Filter item is affected

Expected Results

PI filter should show the expected result

Actual Results

If an objective is registered with PI A and the apply filter is used with PI = A, no result is shown. 
If the filter is set as PI != A, all objective are shown, including the Objective linked to the PI

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
