      Issue Summary

      Roadmap: User is asked to select a Program when Solution is selected in the Context Menu

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Go to the Roadmap. 
      3. In the Context Menu select a Solution that has at least two Programs tied to it. Select any Release. 

      Expected Results

      The roadmap is loaded for all Programs that are below the selected Solution, the same as when Portfolio is selected in the Context Menu. 

      Actual Results

      Program selection dropdown appears.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
