Issue Summary

External ID column does not sort properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure "Show External IDs" is enabled under user preferences
2. Browse to Program from left navigation
3. Under Manage, Click on Features (Jira Epics)
4. Click on the Ext ID column header to sort
5. Notice the order

Expected Results

Depending on the sort(Ascending or Descending), the workitem should sort correctly 

Actual Results

The sort is not correct, please see the screenshot for details on the issue. Only the first alpha character is sorted. e.g. T-Shirt - 11 is before T-Shirt 3

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
