Issue Summary

Filter by Product does not work for Epic backlog when there is Capability in the hierarchy

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Product to a Feature
2. Add a Feature to a Capability
3. Add a Capability to an Epic
4. Go To Portfolio > Backlog > Epic backlog
5. Set the Filter to Portfolio which the Epic is under and the Product added to the Feature in Step 1
    

Expected Results

See the Epic listed in the backlog

Actual Results

Epic is not listed.
Repeating the same steps in a hierarchy without capabilities works as expected.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
