      Issue Summary

      Users: Edit User slideout does not load. 500 error in the console

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to Jira Align 
      2. Go to 'MasterUserList' page
      3. Click on an User to open the 'Edit User' slideout

      Expected Results

      The slideout is opened; no errors in the console

      Actual Results

      500 error in the console; the slideout is stucked loading

      Workaround

      No work-a-round
