User data pull: Does not update user information in JA

      Issue Summary

      "User data pull" is not updating user information from Jira Server/DC to Jira Align. This issue does not affect Jira cloud.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Setup your connector and allow Jira to add users to teams.
      2. Create a user in Jira that does not exist in JA.
      3. Assign that new Jira user to an issue in Jira
      4. Wait for it to sync and confirm that the user is created in JA.
      5. Once confirmed, update the user information in Jira server/DC.
        Example: Update full name or email address.
      6. Go back to JA and navigate to Administration > Jira Settings > Pull Jira User Data (Make sure to select the right connector).
      7. Select None or Username and click "User data pull" and wait for it to complete.
      8. Navigate to Administration > People and check the user's information.

      Expected Results

      User information should be updated based on what's changed in Jira.

      Actual Results

      User information is not changed.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
