Issue Summary

Epic Status Report: Answer on Intake Form question still shows an old value after it was updated in the Intake Form Configurator

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Create an Intake form with one Dropdown question.
3. Add a few answers. Modify any answer.
4. For any Portfolio set the Intake form to one from Step 2.
5. Open Epic that belongs to the Portfolio from Step 4.
6. Open the Intake tab and select the answer that was modified in Step 3. Save.
7. Click on the Status Report in the Epic Edit panel links menu.
8. Enable Intake form in the Extra Configs.
9. Check the Answer.

Expected Results

The updated value is populated.

Actual Results

The old value that was provided on the initial creation is still displayed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
