Roadmap: Progress is not populated on the Release card

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. In Tier 1: Select Program and Release that have some Stories assigned, including accepted ones.
3. Go to the Roadmap.
4. Switch to Releases view.

Expected Results

Progress is populated, Total Story Points and Points Accepted are populated.

Actual Results

Progress, Total Story Points and Points Accepted Show 0.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
