[JIRAALIGN-2306] Jira Connector: Jira Management Filtering Disappears When Clicking On Team and Navigating To the Sprint Tab

Issue Summary

When you navigate to Jira Management and filter for a program and then click on the team and sprint Tab the UI loses the filtered results behind the slide-out.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Navigate to the Jira Management page
2. Step 2 - Search for a program
3. Step 3 - Click on a team
4. Step 4 - Click on the sprint tab
5. Step 5 - Notice that the page results behind the slide-out have been removed

Expected Results

Filtered results shouldn't disappear

Actual Results

Results disappear once the user clicks on the sprint tab under the team slideout

Workaround

Reload data and filter for the data again
