Issue Summary

Estimation: Work item with Business Value/Time Value/RR/OE Value/Job Size set to 0 doesn't appear in the Column view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. In any Portfolio with a WSJF estimation system go to the Epics/Capabilities/Features grid.
3. Select Estimation in More Actions.
4. In the list view for any Epics/Capabilities/Features set Business Value/Time Value/RR/OE Value/Job Size to 0.
5. Switch to the Column view.
6. Check if Epics/Capabilities/Features from Step 4 appears.

Expected Results

Column for 0 value appears in the Column view.

Actual Results

Column for 0 is missed and the Epics/Capabilities/Features with Business Value/Time Value/RR/OE Value/Job Size set to 0 doesn't appear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
