Issue Summary

Expanding release in Forecast page renders a server-side error (HTTP 500) and corresponding spinning wheel of death

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Forecast page
2. Expand release

Expected Results

• Release is expanded

Actual Results

• A server-side HTTP 500 error is thrown and a spinning wheel of death is rendered in the UI
• ForecastSortReleaseTable.asp page throws a Division by zero error
