Issue Summary

Estimation: Tool is displaying Points field as an Open text, instead of Dropdown with Fibonacci or Power of 2 values

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. For any Portfolio set the Estimation system to Points>Power of 2 or Fibonacci.
3. Go to the Epics/Capabilities/Features grid, open More Actions, and select Estimation.
4. Select Program and PI.
5. Check the Points column.

Expected Results

Points field is displayed as dropdown with Fibonacci or Power of 2 values

Actual Results

Points field is displayed as an Open Text Field.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
