Issue Summary

example :

When a Feature is deleted from Jira Align, it is moved to the Recycle bin.

The item is then searchable in the Recycle bin, by selecting all Programs or the specific program where the feature was created under.

If the Program is deleted, the work item is not searchable anymore. and can not be recreated (if linked to Jira) nor reinstated

>> Search for all program in recycle bin does not include deleted programs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a program
2. Create a feature and assign it to the program in step 1
3. Delete the feature after it is saved
4. Search for the feature in recycle bin (Select all program or the program of the feature)
5. It will display the feature that was deleted.
6. Delete the Program where the feature is created
7. Search again for the feature
8. The feature cannot be found

Item is not deleted properly, if linked to a Jira Project, the Jira Epic (Feature cannot be synchronised again if linked to Jira Align

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
