Issue Summary

The ratio of committed stories & completed stories isn't calculating correctly.

One Example found: 10 committed & 5 completed = 71% completion ratio

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Run story completion ratio report
2. Step 2 - Validate date committed and completed
3. Step 3 - Verify calculation per help documentation

Expected Results

Story completion ration % should be renamed to "Accepted ratio", and it should be calculated as Stories Accepted / Stories Committed x100%

Also, verify that Stories Committed on the chart is a count of all stories assigned to sprint before sprint start date ,

Verify that Stories Accepted = all stories accepted and assigned to sprint.

And, Change tooltip to:

Stories Committed: X

Stories Accepted: X

Accepted ratio: X%"
