[JIRAALIGN-2270] Jira Connector: Item, reinstated from Jira, should have the user name instead of UID stated in the audit log

Issue Summary

When the users are restoring deleted items from Jira, the audit log tells 'Reinstated by {Jira Align UID}' instead of the actual user name

Steps to Reproduce

1. Move the synced work item to the cancel bin in Align
2. Update the state in Jira to trigger the item restore in Align
3. Open the item audit log in Align and check the reinstate message

Expected Results

The message tells the item was reinstated from Jira and the user name of the actual user who made that action

Actual Results

The message tells the item was reinstated from Jira and shows the Jira Align UID of the actual user who made that action

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
