Issue Summary

Story impediments are indicated in "Program Rooms" that are not associated with the selected program. This behaviour occurs if a particular story linked to an impediment is on the same release regardless of the selected program.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Release for several programs. (Program A and B)
2. Create a story for Program A and B and set the release for both that was created in step 1.
3. Create a TEAM impediment and set it to *Program A *and click save.
4. Now modify the team impediment created in step 3 and change it to a story type impediment and assign it to the story created in Program B.
5. Navigate to "Program Room" for Program A and set the release created in step 1.
6. Observe the impediment card widget

Expected Results

No impediments should be displayed in program A's "Program Room"

Actual Results

The story impediment for program B is displayed in program A's "Program Room"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
