[JIRAALIGN-2264] The field “Type” in Create Feature screen defaults to “Business” instead of “Not Set”

      Issue Summary

      The field “Type” in Create Feature screen defaults to “Business” instead of “Not Set” irrespective of whether the field is marked as required or not

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to "Details Panel Settings"
      2. Select a Portfolio
      3. Select Feature
      4. Make the "Type" field required
      5. Filter for a Program in that Portfolio
      6. Create a Feature - Type field still defaults to "Business"

      Expected Results

      The field Type should display a value of Not Set

      Actual Results

      The field Type always defaults to a value of Business 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
