API 2.0: Skip doesn't work for Iterations endpoint

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to swagger or to any tool that allows you to run API requests.
2. Run the GET request for the Iterations endpoint with skip parameter.
3. Check the results.

Expected Results

Skip works

Actual Results

Skip doesn't work, a list of items that starts from the very first iteration in the system appears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
