[JIRAALIGN-2234] Story Link Report - Unreadable output on the page

Issue Summary

Dependencies are overlapping each other in the UI, making everything unreadable.
Also, note that the left menu item is listed as "STORIES link report" while the report tile on the page says "STORY".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align
2. Portfolio must be created in the system.
3. Program must be created and tied to a portfolio.
4. Program Increment (PI) must exist in the system and be tied to a program.
5. Sprints must exist in the system and be tied to a team.
6. Epics must be created and tied to the PI.
7. Features must be created and tied to epics.
8. Stories must be created and tied to features.
9. Jira integration must be set up.
10. Jira issue links must be created in Jira.
11. Next set tier one to a Program & PI that meets the above requirements
12. Next run Story Link Report

Expected Results

The report should render with readable content.
