Tasks: Search by external ID not working on TASKS grid view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Navigate to 'Tasks' grid. ( Team > Tasks )
3. Ensure the 'Ext ID' column is shown.
4. Search for a task with an 'External Id'

Expected Results

The searched task is returned. This functionality would match searches on the team tasks where can be searched via their ID, Task, or External-ID.

Actual Results

The searched task (via EXT ID) is not returned.

Workaround

Search for tasks via their name or ID
