[JIRAALIGN-2230] Feature Search box for Release Vehicle in Feature details panel ineffective

Issue Summary

The search field for Release vehicle inside a Feature's detail panel is not showing expected result
The result is sometimes getting hidden or will work for some words and not others

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Feature
2. Find the Release Vehicle search box and identify one candidate to search
3. Beguin the search and test a few words that are supposed to be in the candidate
4. test other words also in the candidate name

Expected Results

All search should show the expected result

Actual Results

Results are inconsistent and unpredictable

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
