Feature: keyboard navigation in Release vehicle selection not working

Issue Summary

When one searches for text such, it will result in a filtered set of rows
but if you want to select the bottom-most release vehicle, it is almost impossible to select as the cursor goes back to the top if the navigation is made with keystrokes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a feature to open in the details panel
2. Go to the Release vehicle selection and make a search broad enough to show many rows
3. navigate with keystrokes to the bottom or any other selection
4. wait a second or more, the list will refresh and the navigation by keystrokes will be lost

Expected Results

The list after the initial search should stay still to allow navigation

Actual Results

It seems that the search is refreshing the list every second or so, resetting the keyboard navigation

Workaround

It is possible to navigate by mouse gesture and scrolling
