Program room and story backlog have different visual for story of type defect

Issue Summary

Program room and story backlog have different visuals for stories of type defect. Only the backlog view shows the defect Icon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. View any story of type defect in the Program Room
2. View the same story as above but on the Story Backlog

Expected Results

Program Room should have the same defect icon for stories of type defect
 

Actual Results

Program Room have a generic icon for stories of type defect
