Issue Summary

Forecast: Estimates for Stand-Alone Features are converted incorrectly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Set 'Display Week Estimates In' to MW.
3. For any Portfolio set Estimation system to T-Shirts.
4. For any Stand-Alone Feature define T-Shirt Estimate.
5. Go to the Forecast
6. In the Apply Filters turn on the Show Stand-Alone Features option.
7. Check the estimate for the Feature from Step 4.

Expected Results

The estimate = T-Shirt Value converted to MW based on Estimate Conversions for Features.

Actual Results

T-Shirt Value converted to MW and multiplied by 6
