      Program Room: Parent Program should be selected in Tier 2 when Agile Team is selected in Tier 1

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Select the Agile Team in Tier 1. Select the PI.
      3. Go to the Program Room.

      Expected Results

      Parent Program for the Agile Team is selected in the Program Rooms' Tier 2

      Actual Results

      All Programs that are linked to the selected PI appears in the Programs Dropdown in Tier 2

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
