[JIRAALIGN-2162] Capabilities: It is not possible to create a Capability with the name that corresponds to the name of the existing Epic

Issue Summary

Capabilities: It is not possible to create a Capability with the name that corresponds to the name of the existing Epic

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Epics grid.
3. Create an Epic with a unique name.
4. Try to add Capability to this Epic using the same name.
5. Try to add a Capability to the application with the same name.

Expected Results

User is able to add Capability with the name that corresponds to the name of the existing

Actual Results

An error appears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
