      Feature estimate column not populating on Program Room

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Program room
      2. Add an estimate to a feature
      3. Refresh page
      4. Notice nothing in column

      Expected Results

      Feature Estimate would populate with the estimation metric 

      Actual Results

      Blank column
