Issue Summary
Unable to access Stories By State report due to permission error
"You Need More Access To View This Page. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue."
Steps to Reproduce
- Attempt to access Stories By State report.
- Report is inaccessible despite user's role having permission to this page.
Expected Results
The Stories By State report is available for any users with permission.
Actual Results
The toggle that controls permission to this report does not work. As a result no users are able to access this report.
