[JIRAALIGN-2136] Escalations: Grid is not filtered by Context Menu selection

Issue Summary

Escalations: Grid is not filtered by Context Menu selection

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Escalations grid.
3. Select anything in the Context menu.
4. Check Escalations that appear in the grid.

Expected Results

Only Escalations that fall to the selected configuration are listed. The list should be filtered when Portfolio, Program or PI are selected.

Actual Results

All escalations are listed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
