Description
Issue Summary
Program Tracking report only shows the items with the program set as the "Primary Program." The items that show the program as an "Additional Program" will not show up in the Program Tracking report.
- The documentation for this report does not mention anything about primary/additional programs
- It is unclear what the expected behavior is.
Steps to Reproduce
Create item that appears on program tracking report then change the primary program to be an additional program, item no longer appears in report.
Expected Results
Additional program items should appear here, with warning icon and hover-over that says "The selected program is considered an additional program for this work item."
Actual Results
Behavior not documented. Current behavior is that Program Tracking report only shows the items with the program set as the "Primary Program." The items that show the program as an "Additional Program" will not show up in the Program Tracking report.
Workaround
Adjust program on work items or use a different report
