Issue Summary

The title of features is getting truncated at around a 3rd of the available column width.

As a side issue, the title will be fully truncated when resising the page instead of gradually truncating the not displayable end of the title - 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a feature in a program, with a long string
   ex : 
   XXX: XX Deliver high quality Core Analytics product using XX automated systems
2. Open program room for this specific program and notice the title being truncated
   

Expected Results

The title should cover all the available space

Actual Results

The title is only using a small space at around a 3rd of the title available width

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
