Issue Summary

The capability slide out window will disappear when a user attempts to click on the link for a child Epic.

Reproduces on https://ac10xm2.agilecraft.com and any instances running current 10.78 code as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create some capabilities and add child epics to them.
2. Go to https://ac10xm2.agilecraft.com/default.asp
3. Open global search and search for one of the capabilities (#3124 is a good one to use).
4. Wait for the slide out window for the capability to appear.
5. Click on the epic within the capability

Expected Results

Epic slide out window opens

Actual Results

Slide out does not open for the Epic. The entire slide out window for the capability disappears.

Workaround

Perform the same steps from the capabilities grid. This will prevent the slide out from closing when clicking on the epicl
