[JIRAALIGN-2072] Epic Planning: PI columns are misaligned with column headers

Issue Summary

Epic Planning: PI columns are misaligned with column headers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Epics grid.
3. Open Epic that is assigned to multiple PIs and has multiple child features.
4. Open Epic Planning.

Expected Results

PI column headers and Column content are ordered by PI start date.

Actual Results

Column headers are ordered by PI Start date and then by PI name.
Column content is ordered only by PI Name

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
