Issue Summary

Epics/Capabilities: It is possible to convert Epic to the broken Capability when editing them in multiple tabs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Capabilities grid and open any Capability(browser Tab #1).
3. In another browser tab: Go to the Epics grid and open any Epic(browser Tab #2).
4. In the Browser tab 1 click Save on the Capability edit panel.
5. In the Browser tab 2 click Save on the Epic Edit panel.
6. Select any Parent Epic and click Save one more time.

Expected Results

The work item type is not changed. I know that we are not supporting multi-tab usage of the application, but this scenario triggers broken data, and it can't be reverted of fixed in an easy way.

Actual Results

The work item icon is set to Epic, Type is set to Capability and there are a few other issues with this work item.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
