      Release: Audit log link to visible

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login.
      2. Go to the Releases grid.
      3. Open any Release that has a few Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories assigned.

      Expected Results

      The Audit log link is visible.

      Actual Results

      Link is not visible.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
