100-second timeout when importing a JET export file

Issue Summary

When attempting to import a large JET export file, there is a 100-second timeout.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a large number of projects/boards in JET
2. Export the XML file
3. Import the XML file into a Launchpad site

Expected Results

The import should not fail at 100 seconds

Actual Results

The import fails at 100 seconds

Workaround

Reduce the number of projects/boards included in the export
