[JIRAALIGN-2029] Strategic Backlog: Small UI and Terminology issue

Issue Summary

Strategic Backlog: Small UI and Terminology issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to the Strategic Backlog.
3. Select Thems view and check the Count column.

Expected Results

Projects label is replaced with Epics and is tied to terminology.
'Projects #' label is not displayed as a hyperlink. Need PDM to define a better way to illustrate this.

Actual Results

Wrong Label. 'Projects #' is displayed as a hyperlink.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
