Issue Summary

Jira Connector: Feature that reinstated using sync are populated with empty parent epic in Portfolio with enabled capabilities

Steps to Reproduce

Preconditions:
Portfolio with Capability exist
Steps to reproduce:
1. Sync Feature from Jira to Jira Align
2. Change Feature state in Jira to Canceled
3. Wait for sync into Jira Align(JA feature moved to canceled items recycle bin)
4. Change State for Jira Epic in Jira 
5. Wait for sync 
6. Open reinstated throught sync Feature
7. Verify contained in Field on Feature edit page

Expected Results

Epic icon without any title displayed in "contained In" field
